The only virtues underwriting Leviathan( civil society)  are fidelity and trust since civil society is based solely on social contract and various promises. Computers can help to manage the daunting task of ensuring that no private citizen will gain power either democratically or otherwise to eschew the virtues of human equality or to use power so as to abuse other private citizens. It is a public purse and no citizen should be abused under a social contract. To ensure safety, Saint Soldiers, as it was in the beginning, will be required in the end to enforce the message as spewed out by the benevolent computer machine as programmed with the ten commandments of communal living. This will ensure digital clarity in the avoidance of wanton, negative and selfish, emotional, analog fuzziness.
