There are many period movie pieces that may be based on historical fact such as the Great Debaters.  There are others that are based in the realm of possibility or probability and remain quite popular such as...I can't remember the name. But, it has something to do with  menaces or colors.
Can the spirit of competition in realms of life where competition is not meaningful co-exist with the fruit of the Holy spirit? For instance, who would compete over the approval of a grandparent when she approves of every grandchild or young relative that is engaged in pursuing their heart's desire or their inspiration?  The grandparent's goal is to demonstrate God's love. She is not interested in insincere hugs, love or feigned notions of family; notions of family stifled by childish stabs of competition. You recall that relative who said he or she is very competitive when you were just making toast for an aunt as requested.    It's okay to be competitive if you are playing tennis or basketball for example but the importance of family should always supersede competition on the tennis or basketball court with a family member.

Our fatigue with "pleasure" as a substitute for community.

The gospel, most likely, has reached every part of the globe and every population. It is a known fact that Muslims are taught to be followers of the people of the book(Jews and Muslims) in their own scripture( The Koran). Their scripture extols the unique nature of Christ and says the world was made through Him. Have you seen Dubai lately or Abu Dabi? Dr. Garik Israelian has noted that human beings may want to go back to the middle ages or to live in caves but he also notes that it is within our nature to desire discovery and creativity. The desire to go backward may be evidence of our fatigue with "pleasure" as a substitute for community. But, one cannot presume that there will be more community in a less technologically advanced society. There could be more gun-slinging at the not so "OK" coral. Fostering wall-less community is achievable with technology so that going forward technologically will not foster challenges to our need for community and the need for usefulness. You need a fishing licence to fish and you can't chop down trees in a virgin forest for firewood. You need a Department Store, it's easier on your stiletto nails and when you go shopping say hello to your neighbor as your shopping carts bump into each other. They might be a new believer in your community and they may have just purchased some shoes on Amazon that are being shipped from a Nike supply warehouse in Libya. That's okay. Someone has a Nike job in Libya. Community is global and the need to be able to speak the gospel globally without fear of hostility with your Nikes on is very important. The gospel of peace is the gospel of community.  It is the end of ignorance in community; community but not voyeurism via technology.

Jesus Christ alone was distinguished from all humans by being the Word of God, who is the very expression of the Self of God end His eternal Being: "The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, God's Messenger, and His Word…" (4)The Women 171; (3)House of Imran 40).

Humanity is soo intelligent that in spite of our amazing technology, it should never devolve into tides of competing, unbridled human emotions. Who could tolerate an android that had angry, unbridled emotions and what if there was a whole entire community of them? Can androids have perfect emotional IQ if not the fruit of the Holy Spirit?

If James Watt was alive today...

In a world where whole towns, a few in every country, are being powered by fuel cell power stations, James Watt would design today a train locomotive that runs on a non-liquid gas; hydrogen that is produced from the reaction of solar heat energy instead of coal burning in an oven, a fuel cell instead of a boiler and water.

Acts 8. The Pastor at this church and that other church and the Pastor on Tv said "...something said to me or something led me..." But, the "something" seems to be affecting a lot of people. Read Acts 8:26-29.

I am not sure how many women Solomon had to meet before he wrote Proverbs 2,5,6,7,9, 11 and Proverbs 37. Also see Proverbs 17. Your emotions and the chemical stimuli associated with visual attraction usually run out of steam in six months. You need commitment love and not passion love for the long term endeavor. 1st Corinthians 13 is the program for the long term and I am sure Solomon did not have to hesitate to shake his male cousin's hand or show kindness to a friend in fear that someone may question his manliness. I am sure he would not have had to read or ogle page 3 to confirm to himself or others that he was a man or on the right side of the gender fence. But, he would not have hesitated to enjoy fulsomely his wife(1) or his women(1+++ as directed by the Lord).Joseph, Jesus' father, was in line to be a King of Israel but he had one wife. If you have 3-4 wives or women, you need 3-4 agreements. Jesse, his grandfather, seems to have had one wife. There is no fragile sense of self or male identity or of orientation in his telescopic( Proverbs, Psalms and the Torah) view of the world and human nature as it is; telescopic not myopic. I am sure he would have been mindful of customs as they may be in the shifting sands of the world and culture but never fragile in identity. God is not a shifting sand of the world and of human culture. Unfortunately, Solomon is known to have had one wife too many according to his own testimony.

A young man went to the class of superior, extra study. He was a Christian (Messianic Jew-walking in the faith of Abraham and not just in the written laws given to his descendants ). He read Genesis and understood that knowledge is not peace or life in itself. So, he decided to approach the sea of knowledge from a point of view of submission to God in that God has to be all knowledge and all wisdom where there is no point in opening a book and losing your faith in the source of all knowledge of good and evil. He made the tree. It is to approach knowledge but not to become independent of God but to stay dependent on God and in relationship. Knowledge is good but not outside of His love, guidance and leading. It could lead to a sense of self that ends in death. See Oppenheimer for more. May His spirit be the rudder that guides you through the sea of knowledge so that you will not be washed away.

Movie Of The Week: The Ocean's Border.

You just came home and the pizza in the fridge may have a certain peppery cheese to which you are allergic. You are not sure. Your room mate isn't home to tell you. The ingredients do not appear on the box. Do you take a slice? There's a frozen, regular Cheese pizza in the freezer. What about a tv channel where you can't determine the channel's content? The guide is blank. The channel is called "Pepper". Is it Superman or the poorly clad Zombie thriller? There are 20 other channels with pretty good movies on like The "Transformers" or "Spiderman". Your body is your temple. Your mind is your temple. Your body is your temple. Snap and rub your fingers in joy as you read. Read Romans 12.

Simgle adult ministry should be celebrated but is it a ministry for those who are decidedly single or for those who are seeking to leave perpetual singleness and have a (partner)wife or husband? It's to serve various needs and the emphases in the ministry should reflect this. Ideally, the ministry should see half or more of its membership change on a regular basis as it should be the smallest ministry in the church. People of child bearing age in the church should be seeking a safe place in which to find a suitable partner in faith and their betrothal or unregistered, faithful union should be celebrated in a ceremony and certainly registered at some stage with the advice, prayer and support of family and your church family.
What if Christ never forgave? Would He still be Christ? You attend church and have done so all your life but can you be a Christian without forgiveness? Pick up your croSs, deny yourself and follow Him. The power of the cross is forgiveness. Forgiveness leads to the power o life and peace. Read Romans 8. Read Galatians 2.

In certain Christian cultures, numerous concepts are abused. Did the Apostle Stephen fall in being  stoned? Read Acts 8. He submitted.   Read Revelations 7: 11.

Movie Of The Week: A Lonely Place To Die.

Click the title.
Improvement in information technology to convey media should not be commensurate to extensions of God's grace in your  personal and private life. Your mind is your temple.   Psalms 101 is the movie goers psalm. It is in the usual course that you will have companions and various associations.  This is a good thing.  Coffee for drinking is conceptually a good thing.  However, if you refuse to continue to drink coffee that is cold or unfiltered then who is to question your intention. You are not refusing coffee as a concept but coffee that is bitter or cold.  In the same light, you can choose to refrain from companionship with someone who has become unusually bitter or cold for no legitimate or rational reason. They may ask you how you let go of a cup of that coffee when the label is really sexy.  They can drink the bitter, abusive cup if they choose.  That is self-abusive.   With respect to companionship, it is good to enjoy what God has designed a man and woman to enjoy and within the boundaries He has provided. You can also listen to the salsa and also the gospel you want. Marriage is sacred  whether you  have a ceremony or not. It is official with or without a ceremony. See Matthew 5.The sacredness is public and private but maintained primarily by what happens in private.  Divorce is also official. It exists by what is said in public in spite of the sacredness maintained in public.  Take a trip and be each other's best friend. Avoid voices of division and discord in certain print or visual media outlets.  It is tempting to favor acceptance from a group  or the hive over acceptance from those within your household who helped you with your project last night or put your ice skating trophy shelf together for you. Group acceptance is certainly important but is everyone in the group as fortunate to have a wife or husband like you? This is life long enjoyment as God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.  You will not need to change yourself physically or emotionally as you respect the fact that He does not change Himself.

Your grade seven school principal was a great man or woman.
They wanted you to do well and graduate; not only from grade 8 with some award or medal demonstrating your well-rounded good sense of humor but  from Grade 9 and then on to a few courses at the big university where you were accepted at St. M------- College at his alma mater.

Questions of passiveness and aggression outside of the regular boundaries and rules is really a question of what someone really wants by asking such questions. It could be that they want acknowledgement of their social influence.

It was once suggested that the 3 mile accident had an interesting impact on human social behavior that may have manifested into new social phenomena many  years later and categorization such as the metro-sexual.  I don't really know but it seems that the term nuclear family and its discussion increased in the decades that followed that horrible nuclear accident and its aftermath.  There is a boy in this world who decided he had a gift since he told his younger brother he would not score a penalty kick. his younger brother did not score. However, the answer was a 50/50 probability and his younger brother scored several hundreds of times including two goals in front of him at old river stadium.  The older brother is now an astronaut as the  younger brother hoped and prayed in spite of his older brother's negativity and hope to be influential with negative suggestions; how childish?   The alternative careers for the older brother were numerous if he did not believe what his grandmother told him.  She said "...Jesus loves you."

A few new interesting products including ARCHER!

They can agree with you that you are likely to go to Heaven as you believe.  No one is arguing with you.  Most believers have chosen not to judge you according to Matthew 7.  They can also choose to follow Paul where he says he presses on toward the goal of salvation in Christ without having the attitude of already attaining it.   Is that okay?  There is no doubt that you can brand yourself a perfect Christian as you sit and judge others all day.  Ultimately, the Lord knows where His children are, in what denomination and the genuineness of their repentance.  Read 1st John 1:9.

You can also define Heaven as a place where you endeavor to be at peace with people and pray accordingly.  You could also define Heaven as a place where you decided you must feel above others in some way, shape or form.  The second definition could bring you into conflict with the person who calls Heaven His throne and the earth is His footstool.

You may be a Pastor or a Bishop and your first experience with grace may have been when you were separated from your natural father as he was found abusing you and your siblings.  You were put up for adoption by a Senior Deacon who was compelled to save your family.  Your only reaction unfortunately for the Deacon was resentment since you never understood the love of God via his intervention.    You remained secretly resentful and  expressed this resentment passively as you ran into his family over the years.  Forgive as your life was saved and you may have had an early grave as you turned old enough that your father could fear you retaliating.  Thank God as you now minister to others.  Who is to decide who is born and who is not; who should live another day and who should not?    Be thankful.

Every generation may hope to see the fulfillment of Revelations in their life time. But this would involve generational blind eyes on existing history. History must be kept in mind as we read and are cautioned in the word. Read Galatians 1. Read Matthew 24.

Why a war?

After living unrecorded ages in the beauty and overflowing abundance of Eden, what must it have been like for Adam and Eve to have been driven out by the Lord?

Suddenly they found themselves alone in a wilderness, where thorns choked the desolate earth.  Hunger, thirst, cold and searing heat  must have been a shock to them as they looked back at the abundance they had given up through rebellion.  But rather than turn back to God, their Maker, they continued in their rebellion. They complicated an already bad situation further by their actions. The first human death ever recorded was an act of murder. Out of jealousy, Adam and Eve's first son, Cain, murdered his younger brother, Abel(Genesis 4:1-14). What an unbearable grief it must have been to the first parents when they realized that their first born son had acted out the terrible consequence of their own yielding sin: "for when you eat of it you will surely die" (Genesis 2:17).

Brothers have been fighting one another for position and approval and authority ever since. And the results have been horrific.

The War To end All Wars

I was only seven in august, 1957, when my grandmother gave me the little pocket edition New Testament my grandfather carried when he fought in the trenches of France in World War 1.  I did not realize it at the time, but the date she inscribed it to me marked the twelfth anniversary of Pop's death.

We sat on the back porch that night as she told me how, at hearing the news the fighting was over, she climbed onto a fire wagon to ride with a hundered other people up and down the streets of Akron, celebrating all night.  She banged two pots together and whooped for joy until she lost her voice.  There had never been a war like that one.  So many young men did not come home. But lots of prayers and the bible in Pop's rucksack kept him safe, she said.  I was grown before I realised just how terrible Pop's war had been. It was called " The War to end All Wars."  Never before in all of history had so many men died in battle.  Combine a thousand years of war, and the death toll does not add up to the casualties of that one conflagration.

Psalms 101 is the movie goers Psalm.

There are many futurists and scientists who have  provided predictions of the immediate or distant future. Ultimately, civilization is a reflection of the human soul or the lack thereof.  Preserve the human soul.  In preserving the human soul, media is quite essential. Ultimately, no technology should supersede, in its social or economic preference,  the importance of  the long term best interests, well-being and survival of human kind.

The day you were born...who knew the time and who decided when? It was someone other than yourself. See 2nd Thessalonians 2:11-12.

There are people in the biblical context who were inspired as we were told.  Noah is an example.  There are people who were given a task on behalf of others. David is such a person.  There are people who claimed certain roles such as Absalom.  There are people who were identified by others as being a certain individual such as Jesus. John the baptist identified Him as being a certain individual at a time when the kingdom of Israel was only a historical reality.  Jesus' brother James is not unlike King David's siblings in being a descendant of a certain tribe and the child of a certain individual.  David was identified and given a task. He did not claim anything. We are told that a time will come when a certain individual known as the antichrist will walk into the temple in Israel and make claims like Absalom. We do not know anything else according to the description(Is he a bus driver, scientist, astronaut, school teacher or a taxi driver?) other than that there are many individuals who will appear in history as an antichrist. Who would be so bold to claim such a thing and not be concerned about the consequences? We are told the day shall come. But, to be such a person opposed to Christ you would have to first deny that Christ came in the flesh and that He rose again. See Romans 10:9-10.  This individual or these individuals are antichrist.   It is a dangerous thing to make certain claims. You could be upsetting your brother or distant cousin who was identified by God himself and through His servants; servants like Samuel or he who baptized Christ.  See 2nd Thessalonians 2 and James 2:10.  Lastly, read Luke 14:10. When it comes to a King of Israel it seems clear that the actual descendants of the historical Kings such as James the Apostle acknowledged Christ as brother in the line of
David and joined Christ in the fulfillment of the message to the gentiles as written in Isaiah.  If you claim salvation in accordance with your faith in Christ, then live in the faith and enjoy your time as you share and benefit from the gifts God has given you to serve Him.  If James had children would they not have been in the line of David like Joseph; James' father?

When you cross over into eternity, He will never ask you what denomination you were part of. He will ask you if you are a part of Him.

When you cross over into eternity, He will never ask you what denomination  you were part of.  He will ask you if you are a part of Him.   See John 20:15-19.  See Revelations 2.  Have some fresh fruit, a popular soft drink like a Fanta! Try diet. It tastes the same really.  See 1st Corinthians 3:3-9.

My friend's uncle finally forgave himself for not studying harder in Medical school or was it law school; he said. My friend understood his Uncle forgiving himself since he spent a lot of time being angry with himself and taking it out on younger relatives who actually respected him and feared him in explaining why they worked so so hard.

My friend's uncle finally forgave himself for not studying harder in medical school or was it law school; he said.  My friend understood his uncle forgiving himself since he spent a lot of time being angry with himself and taking it out on younger relatives who actually respected him and feared him in explaining why they worked so so hard. My friend loves his family as he thanks God to see his father heal as well.

There is no man-made end to the world.  Who would approve of it if but accidentally or by deception? Human beings are synonymous with civilization if we stay and remain, in essence, collectively humane.  The real end of the world will have to be a natural disaster that our technology could not forecast and prevent. Invest for the year 9001 and  digest the positive international plans and standards apparently designed for the future;(ISO) 9001.  Thank God!

Preserving the Humane human heart and humane human consciousness... The hope for the end of the world is really the hope for the end of human consciousness but when could that happen? The hope is the hope to end one's life but not to do so alone. It is antichrist. Humanity is too resilient to be destroyed even if such a hope for the end could be attempted. Every nation has built is own underground "ark" that can survive such an evil effort and also its aftermath until the nuclear pollution has subsided. The rest of the creation or its primordial building blocks 1000's of feet deep in the ocean is also much too resilient. The work of God's evolutionary creation can begin once again from the same building blocks deep in the ocean if He requires more angry, emotional stupid humans again who seek to use His power to create and steward the earth for nothing else but to seek power over one's fellow man and his own or mutual demise.

The hope for the end of the world is really the hope for the end of human consciousness but when could that happen?  The hope is the hope to end one's life but not to do so alone.  It is antichrist. Humanity is too resilient to be destroyed even if such a hope for the end could be attempted. You may anticipate it happening in your generation based on all that you have been taught and your desire to see prophecy fulfilled. But, it would be only your generation. They have already had several battles at Megiddo; a few of them in the 20th century. We have had the bi-plane battle, the jet propulsion battle and after we pass on to allow another generation to become prophecy  dedicated, shall they look forward to the "light speed" battle as if a battle did not already happen that could fit a revelation did not already happen?  But, who knows? Google "the battle of Megiddo."  The absolute truth of the word of God is not just the fulfillment of a battle in 1918 with winged flying machines for the first time in history but, more importantly, the evidence of human nature and the human heart. The World war 1 generation thought they witnessed the end as it was the first war and generation to use machine gun equipped airplanes. But, human consciousness did not end. They cleaned up and designed plasma tvs by 1936 although they were not produced on mass in that generation. Google plasma tv.  See Matthew 24.  Every nation has built is own underground "ark" that can survive such an evil effort and also its aftermath until the nuclear pollution has subsided.   The rest of the creation or its primordial building blocks 1000's of feet deep in the ocean is also much too resilient. The work of God's evolutionary creation can begin once again from the same building blocks deep in the ocean if He requires more angry, emotional, stupid humans again who seek to use His power to create and steward the earth for nothing else but to seek power over one's fellow man and his own or mutual demise.  Certain aspects of human nature will never change.  This is all the proof you need that God exists.  He told you and your great great great grandfather. Seek to feed your soul instead of exposing your self and your consciousness to all barbarism and anarchy with the justification that you are experiencing something; that you are classy or sufficiently educated enough. Do you remember?  The ultimate goal is to safeguard the humane human heart,  and humane consciousness.

God is not approving of people based on their balance sheet on the last day of their life. If it was based on some account of mammon, who would we be calling our savior? See Matthew 20. Our journeys in life could never be the same as the Lord knows what He needs to work on in everyone's character.

As human beings, we make choices and decisions to be happy first and foremost. These choices predicated on happiness and personal taste may be influenced secondly by social acceptance. If you are a person of faith, you also make choices to please the deity to which you ascribe sovereignty over your life and its time. We pray that the Lord will help us number our days. See Psalms 90:12. In such faith, regardless of denomination, the direction you take as inspired may not always be defined by what others value in the long or short run. It may be inspired by growth and spiritual maturity. You can always say no to challenges of faith and growth. In the long run, who are we to decide who stands approved before God in spite of apparent circumstance? See 1st John 1:9. God is not approving of people based on their balance sheet on the last day of their life. Paul the apostle may have had a bit more change than Peter or James or the alternative may have been the case. They did not worry about competing or being more right or socially approved of on such material existence.

James 1:22-25Living Bible (TLB)

"22 And remember, it is a message to obey, not just to listen to. So don’t fool yourselves. 23 For if a person just listens and doesn't obey, he is like a man looking at his face in a mirror; 24 as soon as he walks away, he can’t see himself anymore or remember what he looks like. 25 But if anyone keeps looking steadily into God’s law for free men, he will not only remember it but he will do what it says.."

No amount of money or wealth will give us the authority to break God's law and eschew repentance. See Deuteronomy 11:26-28.

This may also help in how we think of our children. They are God's creation  and miracle as delivered from the womb, capable to breathe on their own.  That is a miracle of life. Their size and shape was determined by Him although they may not fit your desire and expectation based on old wives' tales in your immediate culture that carries diverse gene pools.  "Fat" as you say or "filled' as you might say is not proof of reproductive viability.  Who are you to reject, as a birth mother or father, God's creation?  Read Psalms 27:10 and   Psalms 139:13.  God made them good and accepted them in spite of our shortness in love and understanding before you gave them away.

You know he did not get a C or less than a B so why say it? Stop it now.

There is no need to live your life trying to prove you were right about certain decisions. There are few men who can go back to school full-time with a two-four child family behind them. Also, decisions are sometimes a factor of God's work to conform us unto the image of His son. Many people leave familar surroundings like Abraham or Moses to grow. Who is to judge them but they went out in faith. Who is to judge? There are those who do go to school full-time with children to feed and God gives them the grace according to His plan. Who is to judge? Read Matthew 7. Also, read Romans 8.
You cannot use the sins of a patriarch such as Jacob or Moses prior to or after repenting to justify deliberate wrong.

The five wounds of Jesus Christ. The significance of the number five is salvation.

Religion and culture
Jewish
The Torah contains five books—Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy—which are collectively called the Five Books of Moses, the Pentateuch (Greek for "five containers," referring to the scroll cases in which the books were kept), or Humash (חומש, Hebrew for "fifth").
The book of Psalms is arranged into five books, paralleling the Five Books of Moses.
The Khamsa, an ancient symbol shaped like a hand with five fingers, is used as a protective amulet by Jews; that same symbol is also very popular in Arabic culture, known to protect from envy and the evil eye.
Christian
There are traditionally Five Wounds of Jesus Christ in Christianity: the Scourging at the Pillar, the Crowning with Thorns, the wounds in Christ's hands, the wounds in Christ's feet, and the Side Wound of Christ.
Islamic
The Five Pillars of Islam
Muslims pray to Allah five times a day
In Islam, particularly Shia Islam, the Panjetan or the Five Holy Purified Ones are the members of Muhammad's family: Muhammad, Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Husayn and is often symbolically represented by an image of the Khamsa.
Sikh
The five sacred Sikh symbols prescribed by Guru Gobind Singh are commonly known as Panj Kakars or the 'Five Ks' because they start with letter K representing Kakka (ਕ) in the Punjabi language/Gurmukhi Script. They are: Kesh (unshorn hair), Kangha (the comb), Kara (the steel bracelet), Kachhehra (the soldiers shorts), and Kirpan (the sword) [in Gurmukhi Script: ਕੇਸ, ਕੰਘਾ, ਕੜਾ, ਕਛਹਰਾ, ਕਿਰਪਾਨ]. Also, there are five deadly evils: Kam (lust), Krodh (anger), Moh (attachment), Lobh (greed), and Ankhar (ego).
Discordianism
In Discordianism, 5 is seen as a very important number. This is demonstrated in the Law of Fives, as well as in the Pentabarf, which contains five rules.
Each page of the Principia Discordia —the primary religious document in Discordianism— is labeled with five digits.
Other
According to ancient Greek philosophers such as Aristotle, the universe is made up of five classical elements: water, earth, air, fire, and ether.

From an online Encyclopedia.

A woman's husband. See Matthew 5 and Matthew 19.

A woman's husband is the last person with whom she has had sexual contact. Otherwise, adultery would not be the end of a union and the beginning of a new union. There is no marriage without consummation. Consummation with someone other than your immediate spouse is a physical act of divorce.

Romans 10.

There is a notion of having sex to get in to a culture if that culture is not innate to you but adopted. It may be something that is asked of you in spite of your faith. It may be something that is asked of you in spite of the faith of the people who ask so that they can simply feel close to you and some how assured that you have chosen to respect something that is quite emotional and human regardless of scripture. It may happen regardless of the race and religion of the people with whom you associate or who wish to see you closer/adopted. The word is clear in that no fornicator or sexually immoral person shall enter the Kingdom( 1st Corinthians 6:9). This verse should be read with 1st John 1:9 and the the importance of sincerity in the life of faith. God is not an author of confusion. Also read Matthew 7. No one is judging in bringing these principles to mind( 1st Corinthians 14:33). This is a good defense to the suggestion that the Gospel of Thomas could have any arguable merit with respect to entering the Kingdom. The Gospel of Thomas is just inconsistent. Remember that Thomas appears in four-five other gospels and in the book of Acts. How is it that his name is used to justify a gospel that refutes and subverts the others in addition to the remainder of the entire new testament? See 1st Corinthians 6:9. God is not an author of confusion and it is simply an anthropological and also biblical phenomenon in that a man or women may have to intermix(possibly sexually) to cross into a new culture, a people or a community with someone whom they have asked you to be with for that purpose and hopefully also that purpose. Then, everyone will go to church/place of worship together and sing songs of praise. Hopefully vows of marital union will be involved also. It is called covenant. Jesus provides the blood covenant in which we enter into the faith of Abraham. See Romans 10.
Proverbs 17:1

Desiring more mass produced and cute cutlery from the big kitchen and flat-pack furniture shop today while debating the continuation of humanity; frog men(mutated humans with gills ) may want refined cutlery too!

There is no doubt that human beings live with a dual nature that involves human and animalian instincts. A lot of time is spent passionately reminding people passionately of these less human instincts and encouraging individuals to act on them; that it's okay. If this notion is followed to the nth degree, what is left of our humanity, our families and our humane society? We can leave total animalian instincts to the lesser animals. I have a microwave for warming up pot roasts and for good reason. We should not be instigating animalian virtues to the denigration of our private, public and social humanity. The wall of defence against anarchy and apocalypse is found within the individual mind as a fortress against the potential retreat to mass animalian instincts and imagination in safeguarding humanity and this will support the continuation of the inspired collective human soul. Look through a telescope every now and again and watch a couple holding hands. Remember the art work from that classical city. Look at a furniture catalogue and see the cups and vases that inspire you to celebrate dinner tomorrow. Enjoy tomorrow. There are people being born tomorrow who will, at some stage, have to make choices and decisions; decisions that could decide the fate of millions directly or indirectly. Get an android phone and take some good photos in enjoying tomorrow and today. Take a photo now of what is on your TV. Look at the photo in the morning. Read Romans 7 and Romans 12. Your mind is your temple; the place where you worship God( the inward most part). You can never divorce God from what enters your thoughts and your emotions. See Psalms 51:6. Your old friend is excited about new choices and the children he will have soon.

A genderless world can only exist if frogs and other reptiles were genderless. They do not argue with gender. They agree and shall survive.

Human beings have much more purpose other than war-making. War has its emotionaal consequence in being a shared experience of mixed emotion. There is profit and loss in war but the only true dividend is evidence of and the triumph of humanity. The other only lasting dividend is community. The cost of war prior to the twentieth century did not involve risk to the viability of the continuation of human life. The desire to see your machines at work is tempting especially if the consequence is safely isolated on a video screen like a video game. The gangs of New York were truly communities who worked together to enjoy a mutual space of human community, culture and language. There is potential for conflict on macro and micro levels. A city is saved through mutual cooperation to keep the peace. The continuation of a global community in the 21st century is predicated on the same principle and in this the viability of human life is secured. The frogs have no time to think about us as they are too busy being fruitful and multiplying.

There is a man or two out there who wants everyone to know what he went through and might even enter into certain arrangements to ensure that His children know. He may even be a man who blames God for not answering his every prayer in the way he desires it. Did he, as a man, answer his wife's prayers when he could have? The truth is that God is not a genie but a Father who is personally invested in conforming you into the image of His son; the servant Jesus. Jesus exists as an example of someone who enjoyed life, who served in life and who denied Himself in life and in that, He is life perfectly. As Paul said, "...to live is Christ. To die is again." Impatience or an unwillingness to accept God's answer as provided for the purpose of character molding and conforming one into Christ and His image is a doorway to serve the enemy of your soul. Christ does not want everyone to know what He went through in the negative sense but to only know the wisdom. Only those who do not love want others to know their pain in terms of experience and would ask a whole city, if they could, to help them share their pain in life experience (letting people know via abuse what they went through) with others. Those who love usually communicate the wisdom of their experiences and desire that their children will realize their God-given potential. Those who love have died to their own sense of prideful identity and ego in this life.

Forgiveness is the copper wire for the power of the Holy Spirit to flow and illuminate you as His light. Let there be light.

Jesus died on the cross but He could have chosen not to forgive. If He had not forgiven what He suffered, who would He have been? The cross has no power without forgiveness. It is the essential ingredient for the power of the cross and for its power to flow. Forgiveness is the copper wire for the power of the Holy Spirit to flow and illuminate you as His light. Let there be light. Practice forgiveness and avoid the other. In practicing forgiveness, you do not have to choose bad relationships to gain practice. Choose good friends, boyfriends and spouses but forgive as you know you wish to be forgiven. Without this habit of quick forgiveness for the average happenstances in relationship, your relationship will not last any longer than the average car finance contract. This is the length of the average marriage. After that, don't leave. Don't leave. Don't cheat.

The woman who wants to turn a genuine husband and friend into her emotional rag doll....simply because she will not forgive the person(father, uncle, grandfather, ex-husband) who provided the input for her self-centered emotions. It is said quite often that forgiveness is for you. It is not for the other person. After thirty years of resentment that has laid the groundwork for your unstable, self-centered emotions that has led to several relationship break ups, who dares to argue with you? Your emotions tell you that you are right and its only because your reason was hi-jacked.

It is said quite often that forgiveness is for you. It is not for the other person. After thirty years of resentment that has laid the groundwork for your unstable, self-centered emotions that has led to several relationship break ups, who dares to argue with you? The anger you carry is a fortress and no reason can get in while you do take time to admit that your wrong in moments of celebration. Your emotions tell you that you are right and its only because your reason was hi-jacked. It may take a deliberate habit of reasonable forgiveness for the usual and reasonable disappointments( that same disappointments others suffer with you in the normal happenstance of life) to get out of the hold that resentment and anger has on your perceptions of situations; forgiveness(daily and conscious forgiveness) must begin with the key source of your anger in the past and then forgive those around you in your daily life. Otherwise, you are only having a relationship with your own emotions. Everyone else is just an inanimate object really and you have already decided how it will end. It ends with you having a tantrum before someone can say they were happy to arrive for dinner and...you are shouting for a missed call. Who are you? Look at your own "missed call" folder. Did anyone shout at you when you did not answer? He who is without "missed calls", let him cast the first stone and break up legitimately. Only God himself never misses a call.

Morality is not just a function of majority opinion or majority apathy. It would be wrong to steal your neighbor's cow or dog. That will never change in spite of majority opinion. This is also true of other scenarios.
Our emotions are finite. Our lives are finite. Why does anyone spend a lot of time and energy worrying about how his fellow cross country skier or golfer feels? He may feel just the same about himself wearing any pair of shoes since he is born again. Heaven for him is not a grab bag of numbers ornaments where if someone grabs a higher number out of the bag or a slightly shinier ornament, someone might get upset. The irony is that, in life, there is always a higher mountain to climb and someone in your church who may have already climbed that peak. You too have your chance to reach that height someday.

1st Corinthians 14:26-33. These principles have not changed.
