A young man was a reasonable high school graduate and got married quite early with two witnesses and a Nikon with a ceremony in their mother's backyard. He needed a job as well. There is nothing wrong with that but in spite of his work ethic and love for his wife, he noticed that men in his town, maybe not the other town, always acted as if they were nervous with him around their wives.  They were men who were a part of the Raisins( sort of like masons). He eventually decided to join contrary to his pastor's best advice and then he noticed that he did not really feel appreciative about his wife or turned on.  However, he would feel quite interested after a young man or older man complimented her baked goods at church on Sunday or if an old sailing friend showed up just to say hello in his used Opel ( that is GM from Germany apparently).  Really, he just wanted to be thankful for his wife and for His God but everything, including the number of deities in his soul,  seems to have multiplied after joining the Raisins and he wasn't so sure about how to enjoy what was his.  He eventually decided to trust his pastor. He got a second wife. His first wife didn't mind his lack of appreciation when he was a mason but she did appreciate all the food.  He played hockey in school recreationally and never hit anyone but passed and skated well. Yet, certain opposing players kept following his excitement about life. He was a member in a church choir or something. He never hit anyone because he noticed the other players who lost teeth in the punching would passively yet aggressively seek revenge at night secretly.  They started doing this when they lost poker games as well. It became an ingrained part of the culture and the psychology with the game's wide spread popularity after 1972.
