The ten commandments of communal living are in place to provide community and a safe environment in which people may enjoy market freedoms of expression and consumerism. Such rules of communal living provide the very foundation of a close communal society; although the extent of enforcement may not be as necessary in a desert environment with nomadic traders. However, when you come into proximity with any other human being, you would expect that he would treat you with the same civility and courtesies that you would afford him. If you were drowning, you would hope that he would save you. If you have a Caravan (Dodge or nomadic), you would hope that he would respect it, your children and any of your gps devices. You are the best of human beings and acknowledge the gift of communication and humanity in all other humans. A smile is a part of of God's universal language.
