Schools and civil society are centered on furthering  and facilitating community. They are not in existence to facilitate personal power, position and ego. Life is too short for that. This power-seeking endeavor is left to the neanderthal and the short sighted. It will inevitably bring you into conflict and opposition with your fellow community member and always contrary to the rules of community. It is due to the wrong motive in activity and in venture. When this conflict happens, you are outside of community. An example is the bully with whom you play board games, who looses a checker board game and chooses to abuse you as his fellow community member when off school property. He may, as an alternative, ask his father or uncle to ask his father's or uncle's friend( with private club associations or by ownership) to turn the gas off in your home. He will ask, on the return to school, whether you can do that. Yet, you at least won the checkers game. You deserve the opportunity to witness his childish ego.  But, he is still in civil society where bullying is frowned upon in either environment where synonymous goals are maintained.   You only have soo much time in life. It is a fixed constant in the development of your soul and being; a brief course in the University of Heaven but the result or answer is always the same. Love your neighbour as you love yourself. It is hard to see these truths unless you also love the Lord or your maker. The rules are structured accordingly.  Community is the purpose and evidently there are sufficient opportunities for individuals to learn, grow and find their role with associated responsibility(inclusive of influence) in the community and the accordant remuneration.
