This Just in: There is evidence of a phenomena in Scotland of arresting fathers who have three children approximately and who do not view "adult" materials on the internet, in private or on mobile devices(public viewing). They are arrested and accused and held without trial indefinitely. They seem to be arresting primarily multi-generational(more than 10 generations) Scottish men as if this is an inquisition.
