With respect to immigrants, you fear the second generation was going tobecome political so you send them away in the gdp drain and brain drain to work else where in this great wide world.  You spend approximately $1,000,000.00 on each student in a class room by the time they  get to grade 12 and certainly to assimilate and extol the virtues of Western Judeo Christian culture but to also make them viable workers.  Some of them have native ancestry from the Dominican, Belize and other beautiful places.  In any event, they are assimilated to native culture after they have visited a wigwam, learned how to build a fire using sticks and flint, a snow shelter or learned how to build a tipi in grade 7 with the Jehovah Witness school friend who lived near the conservation area.   Who is thinking about politics if their father is not a car dealership owner or the owner of a milk factory?  These immigrants just want a dirty old house that needs renovation and a used but respectful Hyundai or a Chevy.  You throw out the second generation and bring more immigrants to do it again. The new immigrants and the little children get social kindness while the second generation who were once the little children seem to get awe and amazement that they can understand anything  involving a red light camera ticket.  Then, in the end, you do bring in new immigrants who are first generation permanent residents who are somehow getting involved in politics some how and this is to ensure that everybody believes the virtues of the society. A graduate with a C or above must believe the virtues evidently so "whatya" say coach or teach?    Some of the first generation immigrants take seats in parliament with immigrant accents and that's quite alright except for the loss in gdp with citizens who are forced to leave somehow but who did not have any interest in politics other than to be able to be well informed shoppers of new cutlery, homes and vehicles, vehicles, vehicles and vehicles.    All they really want is a new Jeep, GM, Honda,Toyota, Nissan or Volkswagen product. Is there someone who is afraid of travelling out of the country and who needs to see new people every four years ( the time it takes to finish high school) so they feel sufficiently international with a secret swastika sticker in  gym locker also to achieve that international feeling?   There is a difference between affirmative action and "no vehicle sales"  or vehicles sales at .9 % financing rates that are available not only for a limited time but for more than 40 years since some logic or the illogical consequence of lost gdp is evident. Now you have no fear of any second generation since that would express doubt in your school programs and administration. You have viable workers by grade 8 and even more viable workers by grade 12.
