There is no anxiety about the second coming or the end of the world because as some people realize, mankind has the collective ability to agree or disagree by sending a secure text or an instant tweet to defeat the fatigue of peace. How many years of war and anarchy does any global society need before they celebrate peace for decades again beginning with a V-E day? If there is any anxiety or curiosity about the antichrist( the bible said many would come or appear), it is because it is believed and known as a factual document. May the faith move from a low seated under current of anxiety to a calm, regenerative assurance that guides how you think, eat pizza, enjoy a video game and enjoy Ufc(Ultimate Faith Commitment-you lay down your life as to live is Christ and to die is gain). There is also enough salt and light in this world to keep the light on for you and to keep the pillows fluffed on your road trip. They may also have developed an adeno-virus that brings that evil mind to anyone who won't drink a glass of water with six dissolved aspirins if attacked with the virus at that clown-faced restaurant. But, it is not the restaurant manager's fault. It was the act of a singular individual. It could have been a drop of snot as well. Some people seem to know when a Christian is coming through a drive-through with all those happy Christian tunes on the radio or it might be that neighborly Ward and June Cleaver "bible in handbag" tone of voice. That junta had too many space age gadgets but not enough commercial and consumer application. They had too many good instruments but not enough good "family minded jazz" so to speak. The movies tell us their children and children's children grow bold in trying to over-write Western Judeo Christian democracy with subtle messages in our media. They have a societal guidebook that feeds their thinking maybe. But, I don't know what it is. However, there seems to be a theory at work. The aftermath grows evident. We will watch the movies or maybe not but what we do need is a consistent positive or negative moral in each production, regardless of its size, that regenerates the collection of promises that make payment on a dollar, yen or pound possible any where in the world.
