They, as a diverse population, had mixed with peoples from other British colonies who were moved to the colonies in South America.   Many of them were from Hyderabad and were moved as orphans.    In addition to this, some of the individuals  who moved to Europe are rumored to have been part of the Black hand that helped to destabilize the region as they thought certain Christian individuals in the establishment had too much authority. Some of  the families had immigrated in the 1910's as Jews but as orphans or as the children of single mothers, they had to find larger families who could provide them with an in road.  This grouping eventually developed their own subculture as they lacked and were denied the appropriate Jewish or Christian family associations and were unable to marry since they had no father.
