Unfortunately, while school is free, for many individuals the target is the Black family.  The issue with the black family is that it is not an issue.   If there is an issue, the issue seems to be the notion of white superiority. Some young white people become sterile after spending time consuming drugs and alcohol for association and then they get angry with the more church going black community that is quite thankful if they could have a humble family...my Lord. There is nothing wrong with white superiority. It is a fact.  They have more cash. In fact, you could hire every capable black guy after university graduation to work in a bank and tell them politely that in spite of the promotion and advancement policy, everyone needs to be thankful for work and that he should be thankful for his position while his salary may increase on a loyalty and "length of service" basis.    I don't mind as it would feel like university. You spend money going too and fro and while you are there, you work. Do you understand?   You also participate according to the job instructions or the university syllabus. The university must gain something out of the student's scholarship in the same way the employer gains from the work of the employee.  The employee also gains a salary.   White people also have more cash and are less likely to compete with each other over educational or career potential for feelings of authority.  Instead, they work together. I don't really understand this notion of dissecting a society on racial issues after graduation. You have soo much genuine laughter during lunch time or after class with the odd joke as told by a teacher during class.  If it is a question of resources and expenditure, it would be best to recoup the resource expenditure by utilizing every capable and able worker who is also quite humorous.  What do you think?   In the alternative, you could recognize that the map is not the territory.  The kids seem to think that if there was a war, the black guy with a strong B average from high school and beyond would have a little job. But, the war does not mean everybody will live to enjoy their little income.  War is hell.  So, for these kids, they need to see legislative enforcement on the home front. You need to occupy your domestic socio-economic infrastructure.   They did not hear.
