It is rumored that  new NAFTA policies, already proposed, involve naturalizing every Mexican US resident who can prove that he has been in the US for three years or more and who has failed to make an application for naturalization.  The borders will be buttressed vehemently enforced thereafter and all new applicants will require a GED from their home country and proof of same with a written spanish-english comprehension test, if from Latin America and a Chinese-english exam if from China, that will be used to grant immediate two year college scholarships for training in various fields including gardening, x-ray radiology or as ambulance drivers and paramedics. Then, they can run to TESCO USA  to get a part-time job to finance their happy times.  It is quite the nation-building scheme that ensures a mutual benefit to all stake holders on both sides of the border.
