There was an exodus of white West Indians in 1960 that came to North America in preparation  for the British leaving the West Indies in 1962.   Many of them came as 30 year olds but with the majority of the people under the age of 20 who were essentially orphans.

They enjoyed the courtesy  of the more established and older communities but believed in a more aggressive culture that did not seem to respect that everyone could have their share and respect what belonged to others.  They enjoyed a community that respected and protected life and property but did not necessarily wish to work with and submit to what enjoyment entailed for the protection and respect of life and property.  They seek the support of Haiti and spend a great deal of time supporting American hegemony for favor and there is nothing wrong with America. They have a lot of good bridges and roads.  The issue with people from Nanny Town is not the support and assistance to the Spanish that they are accused of providing but support to a more covert Haitian white population that does not really have a religious affiliation but ,emotionally and psychologically, they are set upon halving and hindering English establishment and this occurs in subtle ways in the Dentist's office, in schools where administrative requirements are not followed and the law is openly abrogated in various other forms of government administration as if to say they have hegemony over the court shield and the system of government established by the English. The victims tend to be those who do have religious affiliation or full education and the question is whether you will show that you are fit and take the law into your own hands in their sub-cultural test of survival and fitness as they earn government salaries and cry that they wish they could read and understand the law or that someone would help them. They seem to say they need to have a sacrifice other than Jesus; one that is alive and suffering under the burden of their continual terrorism. Who is really paying for this while they think they are hiding something or their identities?  But, we know their identities and their  continual acts of subterfuge and terrorism as a Menace to society as seen in the Getaway (1972). Baum and Cass allude to this in their new study.
