So, affirmative action has very little to do with education. In fact, on the testimony of non- Black graduates, Black graduates are working twice as hard and are usually under-graded or fairly graded. I say fairly graded at schools that maintain a position of integrity. But, the issue varies from school to school. Affirmative action confirmed FDR's second bill of rights.   There was no doubt that the white high school graduate would be hired at some company or place of employment after high school but the civil administration under J. Edgar Hoover and Nixon wanted to limit the phenomena of economic migration that saw various ethnic minorities consider migration that also caused an influx of migration as coming to America for De money; give me De money.  The Suarez' and Chus born and raised in America benefited from Affirmative action's intention that is to say hire American born and educated regardless of race.   There is no doubt that white Americans qualified for the position would be hired.   The issue is seen in not hiring your own graduates and then creating a need for immigrants who are not more prepared or qualified and then you talk about an identity crisis. If the resent is against ethnic minorities, then why do you have more of them who are not American and who are working in the jobs you resent?  It could be that you resented Dungee or Marcus as Captain of the High School golf team or as debating champion. Do you know Lieutenant Anderson? He is affirmatively not a product of affirmative action. He is also not Jesus; the second coming. See Hebrews 9 on that.   He applied to West point before affirmative action was written as a policy.   You need loyalty to your gross domestic product; your gdp.   Could it be that every American military action was to take America out of its isolationism and it's traditional position mass immigration? Every military action brings more than half a million people per year from the target areas of military occupation. This tendency was noticed definitely after the Mccarthy area.
