Clinton refused to accept election results in advance of the final ballot in 1994. She refused to accept the separation of powers that guarantees fair and balanced government during her first Presidency in 1992-2000. She was the President although not elected.

Even though nobody noticed, she should not be in the campaign. Being a former governor is not tantamount to legal immunity. She allowed several secret documents to be transmitted through insecure, unofficial and unsafe non-encrypted channels. Is this a confession about how she sees herself?
