Clinton refused to accept election results in advance of the final ballot in 1994. She refused to accept the separation of powers that guarantees fair and balanced government during her first Presidency in 1992-2000. She was the President although not elected.

Even though nobody noticed, she should not be in the campaign. Being a former governor is not tantamount to legal immunity. She allowed several secret documents to be transmitted through insecure, unofficial and unsafe non-encrypted channels. Is this a confession about how she sees herself? It should have been easy to walk into the Presidency as a former first lady but she was apparently paid to send top secret information through these channels that may have caused the Benghazi fiasco. It is a breach of the Espionage Act 1917. She is to spend 10 years in jail for each transmission of content. She is not loyal as a first lady. She breached the separation of powers as a first lady. The Judge who authorized secret health policy legislation may have been a second generation Russian.  I love Russians. Smirnoff is an excellent comedian but maybe the commitment to Separation of Powers is overlooked inadvertently in spite of his evident loyalty to America and its governmental system. She refused to accept the separation of powers that guarantees fair and balanced government.  The question is will America respect itself? It is a social and political experiment. It seems the journalist on Fox asked the right questions. The Clintons had also refused to accept election results in 1994 when campaigning against Bush
