A Regenerative strategy or resource recycling is not a new phenomenon. It started with Teddy Roosevelt( President) who realised that the cost of building the Panama canal was regenerative in that it would save the North American economies, indcluding Mexico, Billions of future dollars on import costs. It, in fact, saved the world economy billions while creating various jobs at the time that benefited many homes and families. This brilliant logic from an American pioneer was used to design various products such as CFL bulbs. It is rumored that someone once made the following comment while researching plastics made from plant materials and used by Ford in some of their vehicle designs. They said, "...bullets and other weapons for safeguarding civil liberties don't buy food but they may help to give reason to finance new buildings and bridges and artificial limbs. They also cost as much as 5x8 loaves of high quality bread."
