If Assimo and other androids will be living among us, they will be programmed to avoid human emotionality; both good and bad. The bad side involves the wasteful human emotions that make self-protection a consideration and that do not conform with safe, communal and commodious living. This glossy sense of a communicating entity that is capable of manual dexterity but free of the wasteful expressions of human emotionality is what makes androids, cyborgs and humanoids attractive. It is believed that humans can achieve this glossy sense of existence and community in the inner being; that they can choose to follow certain instructions that entail a personal happiness and community with others. The antithesis of these certain instructions is personal discontent, the resulting wasteful human emotions, the lack of community, the need to be mindful of one's safety and that of his personal belongings and bad hockey like a running war battle on a grassy knoll. The android can anticipate that you want him to go to McDonalds, silly ego-addicted false minded child whose gifts of anticipation are buttressed by a gps satelite, but you went to Burger King because the android sees that you love the flames; broiled. Now, you want to be right about everything but you could not see from 30000 feet and they might plug the sim card out so you designed something to make sure that the user is synonymous with the device. See the Motorola MC10 biostamp for more on this at this website: http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2013-06-13/mc10s-biostamp-the-new-frontier-of-medical-diagnostics The truth is that no one needed a phone that badly except for driver safety and roadside assistance or retirees in Arizona who are far from town and need emergency communication in the event of coyotes or Cialis overdoses. That really is the end. http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2013-06-13/mc10s-biostamp-the-new-frontier-of-medical-diagnostics
