Coral reefs that can survive in temperatures 5-10 degrees above normal tropical ocean water temperature are being cultivated and introduced to natural habitats.  Some human  and some polar bear and some arctic seal genes are being used for the cultivation in bio-diversity and marine biology labs at well funded universities around the world and in the United States of America particularly where they have good infrastructure and funding for such world-saving and renowned programs.  It was at one of these universities where they actually discovered whales are as monogamous as French people.  How do you say "Ma Femme?" in english or what is the cultural equivalent?  God did say be a steward of the earth; a good steward. In fact, ozone buttressing fuels  and/or icemakers in the arctic are more likely to have the desired effect which is to ensure a temperature that is conducive to the algae that find safe, commodious living in the coral.  It's just too hot for the algae that live in the coral, that also enable the coral to maintain its usual health; so I was told.
