Parasitism vs. Love.

The above text from M. Scott Peck's book is quoted in an article below.  I read it along time ago but it seems to have some relevance in daily life at the traffic lights when people are honking their horns and the light is red.  Here is a video of a parasite.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMG-LWyNcAs

Last, we recall that his book also has relevance when reflecting on a choice of friend or mate.  Is your friend someone who always checks to see if you gave them exactly half of that piece of gum or that chocolate bar?  Do they insist that they should  take the gum out of the foil and plastic gum container on their own? Does your Aunt tell you to stay with a pretty girl when the pretty girl is abusive and demeaning to your person as if her prettiness should be enough and she is disrespectful, calling your family overly timely when they race you and this girl to the airport for your trial run honeymoon in Cuba(you consummated last month and were committed in your heart for life remember so you are married then. Don't forget that a ceremony is not a wedding and if you never uh umm consummate, you are not married  so make sure you can afford the kids if you are at least a graduate of something and working-fornication is the consummation without the heart of commitment and without the heart for children-evil concupiscence)?

Does the pretty girl expect you to stay with her when she accuses you almost every day( some part of her culture concerning intimate relationships between women and men) of cheating when you are faithful and you cannot understand why she accuses you except you have grown tired of this aspect of her culture?

See Ms. Scott Peck-The Road Less Travelled at p.96-p.98 for more on knowing yourself.

Also review this.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_addiction#cite_ref-10 .  It's all in there maybe as a joke if you want.

Now, don't forget to live your life from Monday to Saturday consistent with church attendance for at least ten minutes on Sunday( or synagogue or church on Saturday or even Mosque on Friday-followers of the people of the book) where you might have to stand in front of the church.

The feature this week is Snow White because prettiness is not enough( Proverbs11, 2,5,6,7,9 and 11:22).
