You spent more than $850000.00 on them from Kindergarten to grade 12, then tell them and do not make it based on race. Do some Pre-employment IQ testing and make all the black people garbage men, school teachers or social workers since Granny is afraid of the professions where there is no guaranteed salary weekly.  There are no morals in society in non-moralistic social engineering and black people give too many really good answers if they study too much mathematics and that law kind of thing maybe;  right?  Right?  Be honest but do not waste people entirely. You have to take the lemons and make lemonade.  You could have been hit buy a bus on your way to your final law or dentistry exam in this world but you weren't.  So, why not get hit by angry members of society who resent the choices they made in life in grade 10 and who resent you but who just want to feel something different like service in church or a court as if they are making a difference or as if they are part of something like a Nazi Junta chanting White West Indies etc etc to the black dude but they still have not just shot him on the bus because they are his school friends or school chums over 40 and don't know how to get out of saying "I am dead. I just want to watch sex and he soo preachy and feels so distant." He's not judging and knows nothing about what you watch.  So, reach out and touch. Touch someone's hands. Make it a better place if you can.  Were you afraid someone was going to tell you, you were racist? What about telling you that you are wasteful?  But, let them eat, buy music, go to Kenny Rogers Roasters, buy property and travel.  You should probably let black people dream and believe to achieve anything they want. How can we make society conversational and reduce the frenzied sensationalism in the media with calm journalism and encourage conversation among citizens any where they may meet? You need to think "societyism"; not racism that only brings un-productivity and division. You can rally team spirit and national spirit without troop movements.
