How do you agree every time a technological tower of Babel emerges like a musket, shot gun or I-phone that brings all of the Babylonian in the population to the surface.  You need 10 principles in this world; the ten commandments of communal living and also billions of dollars spent on their domestic enforcement that will keep  you and the Babylonians that sound Texan or Bostonian safe. These ten commandments are the commands found in many cultures but are referred to often as the ten commandments of Moses.  See Thomas Hobbes for a voluminous reminder.  Sell your corn in safety and the old lady living around a "whole lot of nothing" who shot a Uber driver for not having an I-phone was really Babylonian spiritually and physically although she is a 4th generation American and Blonde with a Midwest accent.   In spite of her emotions, she decided she needed the law and the Constitution so she can paint her cornfield sceneries and raise pitbulls in  blessed thankfulness and safety.
