A Bishop who was the descendant of a Hyderabad West Indian orphan in the West Indies who had migrated to St. Kitts and Santo Jago later on taught grandmothers to hope for rings from their male grand children and also from their sons. It made the Bishops feel more secure but no one knows why. It was actually a Hyderabad West Indian Orphan's anger based on his hope to have more chattels and weaker families with fewer settled couples and maybe fewer Bishops with wives and nothing else really but he failed to realize that a stronger community means a stronger wealth for his potential church growth. He also told sisters to hope that all of their brothers will be their husband. No one knows why really. He must have thought it would make him feel more important some how or cover the fact that his wife was his incestuous sister in that misery loves his company; who knows but it quite possible. It seems that he wanted to perpetuate the emotions of an incestuous culture amongst the descendants of peoples from other cultures maybe. I don't really know but he should just preach the gospel of Christ and repent of his ancestral and incestuous predilections. See Ravi Zacharias for more.
