Uber is in the right direction. They could pay you for answering telephone calls sent to you via a router and a customer profile will pop up on your small laptop via a secure, confidential portal with only the last three digits of the account number for confirmation. The profile is not printable or savable. The only issue with Uber taxi is that some people don't have a vehicle that qualifies although they are very personable and willing to work. They should not have to rob a bank to get salvation in the UBer!

The increase in any spending should be to stimulate consumption to ensure inadequate economic demand for goods and services...is not an issue. There is no doubt that human wants are insatiable. What causes inadequate economic demand? What causes inadequate economic demand is insufficient ability for consumption. Insufficient ability for consumption is caused by insufficient money in the hands of consumers. Ask a government department  of insurance actuaries to work on a perfect actuarial dollar figure subsidy that is sustainable, that feeds the government with abundant tax revenue and that will provide the housing, shelter and monies for independent consumption of food and gasoline. make the subsidy related to a work program in assembly plants or on road works or as some kind of employee in the public or private sector for quality control positions or for some kind of administration.   To be eligible, you need to sign up for work once a month. If they send you a job, then that is great! If they do, you have to show up. If they don't offer the job,  you can keep waiting on the subsidy and work on the poetry, music, architecture and other skills you learned in high school.  Do you know Ansel Adams? These new consumers will buy the best sears or indochino business dress or the best discounted fashion clothing at Marshalls and they will hum the national anthem.  The high school graduate is a national resource that is not being managed but wasted by several private individuals in their own unique, social engineering projects who want to ask if you ever worked in a restaurant before hiring you to work in a customer service job although you have ten years of experience before being downsized for not owning the newest, most popular video game system.  You could try to pay one person two salaries but he is not going to buy two homes or two vehicles. Even if he did, will he really pay two mortgages or gas both vehicles sufficiently on a weekly basis? Is he obligated to consume twice as much after acquisition? Even if he did buy two homes, it seems there are insufficient numbers of individuals to rent property. Your analysis fails to accept the colorless, race free nature or widget value($100/wk) of a full tank of gas. The person who has two salaries is not buying two tanks of gas a week. Send instructions to the people who have two salaries to buy two tanks of gas a week but will he be able to empty both tanks and drive to Walmart fast enough in two vehicles to buy gas for the following week? Maybe he should hire a driver for the second vehicle? This has happened before. Keep arguing. Watch a war movie. Start with the American Civil war. Uber is in the right direction. But, the University rules will still apply and you may still be liable for a deception offence if you purport to be a graduate of a school.
