No one doubts a train conductor's duty to do a job. When do you give him a South Seas vacation? What if there is just a black passenger on the train? Unfortunately, you don't hear about the dead non black passengers so much. The train conductor has a lot of power with lives in his hands but does he have the power to execute people without a trial and how often?
