In Explicit Ills( the Movie), an asthmatic boy gives a bully  a pair of shoes that were purchased with money earned by the asthmatic boy at his part-time job.  But, he does so while in the school washroom.  There is nothing wrong with being charitable but the boy should dispense his kindness in front of the Principal's office. It's okay to have friends or help a less fortunate bully.
