To cure this, ensure and aid the domestic tranquility for all citizens we commit to an income support for all North American citizens under NAFTA at no less than $70,000.00 USD equivalent as this amount is the global minimum standard. It is the last step in Covid; as run by the World Bank Organisation.   Its also known as NO MO COVET or NMC or anti covet. You cannot travel until you comply and get your card; you financial vaccine on the grounds of  your personal human safety and the purposes of national defence as it is intent on defending the national population from the job famines.    Yet, higher amounts above $70,000.00 per year are earmarked for the North American economy.  We are international people with international passports and international airports so we need an international income support that covers us any where on the globe as international people.  When Americans or Canadians or Mexicans show up, we will feel like we have a Team Jersey on; a NAFTA jersey on with our NAFTA income support in our wallets. 

 Maybe we can pick up a NAFTA "EBT" income support debit card very soon that will always work for us if you are in a territory that does not have a normal income support yet or the cards will be given to everyone and will automatically program themselves once you put it in a bank machine to provide you an amount every week, depending on your current level of support. If you are in the mid west and receiving $30,000.00 per year as income support, the card will dispense an additional $40,000.00 a year in your benefit. That might be  an additional $769.23 per week.   If you are on the eastern seaboard and are currently receiving $60,000.00 per year, the card will program itself  when you put it in the bank machine to pay you an additional $10,000.00 per year and that is an additional  $192.30 per week.    You will be given a pin code by mail and it will appear in the envelope with the card.  If you get a generic card at the post office, it will also have a pin number. When you put it in the machine, you will be asked to input the last three digits of your social insurance number and then the card is activated.  It will dispense what is requisite weekly. It knows how much support you receive currently.   If you are not receiving any support at the moment, then you will receive the appropriate amount at no less than $70,000.00 per year but paid weekly at the requisite amount.     There are two symbols on the back to confirm that the card can be used any where in the world as we need to travel and get out of our ignorance, turning the world into a global residential school.
